For Christmas, my youngest sister got Nutkins:
They're pretty heavily modified - I did ribbed rather than picot cuffs, reversed half the fake cables, knit them top down, and did an eye of the partridge heel flap. These were fun to knit, but they were surprisingly unstretchy. I had to add about 20% to my usual stitch count (for the same size, gauge, and needles).
Next time, if I can manage it, I'll wrap up the 2008 knitting. And if not, maybe you'll get to see a bit of 2009! (now that it's well into February...)

Wow, those are really nice. Great colours and the pattern shows them off really well.
Those cables in that yarn are almost migraine inducing; what an interesting combination.
